Very central location, extremely helpful staff. Large bedroom and luxurious bathroom.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, so we had the best stay. The hotel was actually well-kept and centrally located so close to Union Square, nearby shops, the coast.

We loved the beachfront location and how fairly clean the place was kept. The breakfast was gorgeous with plenty of FRESH options. The venue was centrally set in a comfortable area. Pool was good and there was a nice restaurant on site. Free soft drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.

Neat property with absolutely courteous staff. Good bed, functional room that has a marble-lined bathroom. Unbeatable location, 10 minutes' walk to china town...

My stay was decent, I enjoyed that it was clean throughout, with pleasant views and beautiful lovation so close to cable cars, Pier 39 after missing the last sightseeing bus back to Union Square. Staff was absolutely exceptional and supportive, was quick to help.

The hotel itself is fancy, we enjoyed staff and location. It's found in a walkable area, a short walk to many landmarks of San Francisco.

Location was magnificent, stuff where awesome, fast check-in. Basic double unit with a delightful decor. The service was accommodating too. I had a very nice stay at this good small hotel.

perfectly clean place in historic style with all necessary facilities. the room was fully functional and our bed was comfy, we had a fine experience. breakfast was warm and there was plenty of food to choose from.

It was a bonus for us to stay within 5 minutes' walk from grace cathedral. Don't forget to explore Union Square neighborhood.

Position of the hotel so close to union square and possibility to visit moscone center. Great location 20 min walk from powell street subway station. Meals in venue were good❤❤

we were near some popular places like moscone center. there was a great dining option, city chopsticks only 800 feet from the hotel. 30 minutes drive to the airport.
